Right now, we only ship within the United States, but we’re working on expanding internationally in the future! If you are an international customer please email me and hopefully we can figure something out. We appreciate your understanding as we figure out the best way to get our products to our future international customers.

For all U.S. orders, there will be a conformation email at time of purchase and tracking info for your package once the item is shipped.

Before you hit that checkout button, double-check your address, okay? We can’t take responsibility for items shipped to the wrong address. If your package is sent back to us because of an address mix-up, we’ll have to charge a fee to send it to the correct one.

If your package arrives damaged or if it’s lost, please reach out to us ASAP at info@laceyseverson.com and send us some photos so we can help you file a claim for a refund.

Here’s what you need to do:

• If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, shoot us an email at info@laceyseverson.com with your order number.

• For damaged products, please:

• Snap photos of the outside of the package, including the top, bottom, and clear label.

• Take some pictures of the inside of the box with the packing materials.

• Get a close-up of the damaged item itself.

• Send ALL of those pictures to info@laceyseverson.com.

Just a heads up, we don’t offer refunds once an item is purchased and delivered, unless it’s damaged.

At this time, we can’t accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. So, please make sure to read those product descriptions carefully before placing your order!
